i dun ave gmail account but i do ave yahoo mail account...so can yahoo account work or i ve to create gmail account???
if yahoo can work then how???there's no option 4 yahoo mail account

NO... You cant make orkut account using Yahoo email account.
You need to have gmail account to use any google services and orkut is part of it.
Let me know if you need my help to create gmail account, so I can send you invitation to your yahoo ID to create gmail account.

Yes u can definately make an orkut account with ur Y! id.U don't hav to make a separate acc at GMail 4 that!
Previously orkut accounts were made on only invitations which means u needed an invitation from a person already having orkut acc but now due to increasing popularity its now open means u don't need ne invitations!

You dont have to have a gmail account, you can register in orkut using your yahoo account... just go to orkut and click on join now and it will take you to a page where you will have create a google account....click on that and you can enter your yahoo email address for registration.. thats it...
