the purpose of a sauna is not weight loss. it is to cleanse the pores for healthy skin. and you generally wear nothing but a towel.

saunas are good b/c they make you sweat and help you release toxins but also they dry out your skin and it shouldn't be the only solution in losing weight :-/
and i'd wear a towel and wrap it around and flip flops

You won't really lose much weight. If you are bloated (retaining water) it might help a bit. What you wear depends on where you go. Some of them require a bathing suit and some are totally nude. Just check the guidelines before you go.

i don't think saunas are good for you .
what i think ,you should do is go to the gym and talk to someone about doing thing right .
if you get on the right track from the start you will be right .
