i need for my presentation!! im a university student taking ethics subject and part of the requirements is presenting video files of my assignment-which is the downfall of enron!

i tried gooling and u-tubing but cant download for free!! limited server connection-i cant use imesh, kazaa, limewire, etc.

try finding something on youtube or download from limewire; there is also an hour presentation from a professor at dartmouth college on google video, search downfall of enron.
You can download videos from any site by using keepvid.com. All need is the URL and you can download.
