Im not exactly sure what you mean by children returned to your care, but this I do know !Because it happend to me! If you have costody of a child,(Hopefully with papers to proove it)and someone has taken the child for a visit, but will not bring the child back when stated or asked, that person can be arested for not following a court order. If you have costody,or if you have been the main provider for the child, and the child live's with you,and even if you made a verble agrement as to when the child should return to you,yet has not been returned, you can call the police and they will contact the other person and order them to return the child. Is this what you ment?
