There are all kinds of things you can do.
You have a perfect memory. You just have a problem in recall.
I would recommend for you to eat a good diet. Make sure it has sufficient EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids) like Omega 3, 6 and 9.
2. Memorize poetry, music, shopping lists, etc.
3. do mental gymnastics like counting backward from 500 to 0 by threes.
4. practise actualism, or Zen meditation.
All of those will assist you with your memory.

Hi soroush_1363_ss!
Caffeine is a stimulant and it works to stimulate not only our hearts but our minds as well. It can give a person the extra boost they need to clear their mind. Many people feel the need to have a cup of coffee each morning so they can focus. The caffeine that is found within the coffee jolts the brain and the memory can retain more information. You probably know someone who says that they can't function until they've had their coffee. It appears that there's more truth in that statement than most of us have ever realized. That first cup of morning coffee gets the memory gears moving in many people.
Also, Flax seed oil and cold water fish like salmon, sardines and herring are all rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Essential for proper mental function.Ginko Biloba has been proven to improve circulation to the brain, improving memory.Curcumin and ginger are natural anti-inflammatories and have been known to help.
Exercise, 8 hours of sleep, good food is important in preventing memory loss and general overall decline in the human body.

Oye vey, no one really answered your question. Cross word puzzles and sudoku, playing cards (anything from solitare to poker) majong, etc. All games will significantly strengthen your ability to recall. Also, board games, once again, anything from scrabble, jeopardy, wheel of fortune, monopoly, chess, etc. The point is to have fun. Another great way is memorizing and singing karoke songs. Another great "trick" is to switch from doing everything with your dominant hand to the other hand (ie: if you are right handed, then do everthing left handed). This mechanical trick "opens" new circuits in the brain and enhances memory retention.

Sleeping enough is very, very important. Also, avoid stress as much as possible. I realize this is easier said than done. Also, take Ginkgo Biloba as a supplement. It helps brain function big time, but start with very small doses at first then build up to the dose that best suits you. You might be wise to ask your doctor before taking it though as some people are sensitive to it. I'm sensitive to it and I take less than one fifth of the recommended dose and I feel the effects drammatically.
