I dont, I give in to my cravings (chocolate) and stay away from annoying people lol also try to be alone, that way I cant snap at anyone lol. Also I have been known to smoke if I get too angry (v bad) but my mood swings improved a lot taking starflower oil and multivits.. It really works!

I used to suffer with PMT so bad I thought I was nuts, someone suggested this to me and I can honestly say it worked and haven't suffered with PMT since, every month 10 days before your period is due eat either 2 Ryvita 3 times a day or one rice cake 3 times a day for the whole ten days until your period starts, you might have to do this for a few months to notice the changes but persevere as it really does work, OK its not chocolate but thank goodness I did it to help me.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh yes! This is a difficult one. I've suffered with PMS or PMT for many, many years and the only thing that really helps me is Evening Primrose Oil and Dong Quai. I was getting PMS or PMT really bad until I started taking these supplements. It's awful I know BUT I guess it's just apart of being a woman as they say.

Exercise really helps me, start getting out in the fresh air every day if you can, for a walk, a cycle whatever. I also improved a lot when I took evening primrose oil capsules, two a day, but it took 2-3 months of taking them to see a big change...now my husband and kids check i've remembered them!

Don't. Just tell everyone to take cover and pretend it isn't happening. Nothing more infuriating than husband thinking he's being sensitive saying "Don't worry - I know it's just PMT"! You MUST be taken seriously even if you are being ridiculous.
Otherwise, my sister swears by pear, cucumber and parsley smoothies, but they are foul.

Throwing stuff always helps. Or fill a balloon with flour and use it as a stress ball.
It's also my excuse for eating a whole carton of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy ice cream!!

I have no idea...probably because the doctors just fob us off.I went to my docs because I get really bad migraines caused by hormones(this was a woman as well!) she told me to take paracetamol and ibuprophen??? I told her it wouldnt work because I alway am sick but she said I have to try this first.I have suffered with dibilitating (I am sick ,cant stand and can hardly see)migraines since I was 12 and never received any help from the NHS.
Arghhhhhhhh!!!!!

I warn people in advance and avoid as many people as I possibly can. People tend not to annoy me when warned. I will get a lovely pillow to punch and shout at when im at home if i feel annoyed. Or take a cold shower.

I like this question, the honest answer is I can't because I am like jekyll and hyde, and I hate it.
The best thing I ever did was have the mirena coil inserted, completely cured me, then I had to have it removed, worse thing ever I am back to evil every month. God bless my husband and children and sod every one else.
