Do you think it's painful? I am a lesbian and I know of lesbians that tie their breast down and I tried it and it hurts.

The penis will shrink very small when it's compressed with a gaff or tape. If the testes are small enough they can be tucked inside the body into the canal from which they descended, which considerably smooths things out. Also, hormones can make it easier for some because they shrink the testes.
Tucking is mostly an illusion. Things get pushed back out of view. If they were to spread their legs you would see where things go.

Carefully tuck the testicles up into the abdomen and tape the penis down between the legs. Very tight shape-wear and pantyhose helps keep everything in place and smooths up things.

heh. I have a friend that performs as a drag queen and I've seen the (not so plesant) experience of walking in on him when he was dressing the part. Lol...it takes technique, tape and strong muscles.

Usually they put their testical and penis behing their legs so it hides them.
