can anybody help me to write the paraphrase and/or the summary, of the sonnet of Edmund Spenser "One day I wrote her name"?

No, but what I can do is recommend that you go to the library and do the work yourself. How does that sound?

This obviously a uni question.....so if anyone answers for you..and you use their answer it will be plagarism...so...you need to do it yourself.
Paraphrasing is not difficult..it means tell it in your own words....
