There are some who pretend to be celebs, but there are real ones on there. The real celebrities have a disclaimer at the bottom of their sites.

Some of both. Most of the band pages are real. If you will look on their friends list ....i would say the celebs on their list are legit.

I think it's funny too, when celebrities that have died or are animated have a MySpace page! I saw Sponge Bob's the other day.

well i'm pretty sure that they have people that work their myspaces for them...
they probably know the passwords to them and sometimes log in but mainly there are other people that sets up the account and stuff..
and if not that then i guess its people pretending to be them..

Some of them are real, some are dodgy, the music ones are pretty easy to suss out if they are fake or not
