Why would the nickelodeon channel have adult movies on late at night?

My grandkids stayed the night last night. They fell asleep with the T.V. on, well I woke up about 3 a.m. and there it was (adult movie) I checked the channel because I couldnt beleive it and yes it was nickelodeon for kids. How can I get in touch with these people to ask WHY?

When I say "adult movie" I mean't porn.

You could contact Nickelodeon directly, but the problem most likely lies with your local cable company. I'm thinking that it was more likely just a mix-up, whether accidental or intentional by an idiot working at the cable company. Things like that have happened before.

But I was wondering - when you say "adult movie" do you mean something like porn, or just a movie that has older themes, maybe some strong language or violent scenes? Because there is a big difference in the two. A movie for grownups with language and violence is probably just that channel trying to get viewers in a time when most children are (hopefully) asleep in their beds. A porn movie would be either a major mistake, or something intentional by a cruel or mentally disturbed employee.

You can go to their website and email them, but it's probably cause most kids are not up at 3am and they need to market to someone. Usually adults who cant sleep need something to watch. If they geared their 3am programming towards kids they would get no ratings
