I have just had a look. apparently you are allowed to use the service for free to download samples , could be whole songs but you are not allowed to copy them to your hard drive unless you pay the monthly subsciption . you can also download movies and interact with the on line community . The legal agreement you are asked to read and agree to is straight forward and it looks like a reputable company.
