Yes the game is worth getting to level 60-70. If you find a good group or even a guild the grind up to level 60-70 can be a pain. I had a lot of fun leveling. I had my own guild that then merged with another one. I always had a group to do instances/quests. The game is only as fun as you make it. If you try and solo everything you wont have near as fun as having a friend (real life or not) running around with you doing thing. And like the guy above me said "get EQ2"..please dont. The game is horrible some people even went back to EQ1 to get away from it.

Also to add on to what the guy above me started about only pvp updates. That is more or less true but there is a reason. They know everyone is going to rush to get to level 70. This is because everyone rushed to get to level 60. Once you get to that level there is not much to do besides have fun and/or pvp. There is more then enough content to keep people happy if they dont want to pvp. But that is what people seem to go for to why not make it a huge part of the game? Also if you are on a pvp server it would seem fine with you.

That depends. Do you like insane people PvP'ing all day long? Or do you like RP'ing in a peaceful way? This game started out as a RP dream, then kinda demolished into a PvP mad house. The only updates they do for the game is for PvPers. For RPers TBC expansion gave you two new areas, which were great until you get to level 20, (which takes about an hour) then it's the same old Azeroth. Then again, for PvPers: They gave you a whole new WORLD, flying mounts, new dungeons, and a lot of other crap, I'm sure. I suggest you try EQ2, or something like that.
Good luck!
