i'm very interested in purchasing the "swivel sweeper", that cordless vacuum-broom from the infomercials.
i have two dogs who sheds hair everyday so that is my biggest mess in the house. a simple broom doesn't clean all the hair, there's always some hair left behind.
i was wondering if the swivel sweeper actually does what it claims to do on the infomercial. very interested in buying but don't want to spend $40+ on a vacuum-broom that doesn't work... please help with any experiences!

I have one. It's good, but I certainly would not replace my regular vacuum with it. I love it on the tile floor, but if you run it over the carpet long enough and it will kill the battery. That's my only complaint.
My recommeded use is on bare floor or for "spot" jobs like mud tracked in from your shoes, so you don't have to drag the vacuum out. And it does go wherever you want it, so it's good for under the couch and stuff since I don't really care how spotless it is under there.

I bought my Mom one for her Birthday because its Light Weight, and Normal Vacumns are hard to push for her. It picks up great and she Loves it. It comes with a rechargable Battery.

I think you mean the swiffer sweeper? My mother has one and she loves it. It catches the hair that usually floats when you try to sweep it with a broom.
