What episode/season was it and who was it that took them away? I'm wanting to say some sort of Magical council but I'm not sure!!!

It is Episode 19 in Season 6 - Crimes And Witch-Demeanors.
Phoebe and Paige are caught on tape using their powers so the Cleaners cover it up but they by doing that they implicate Darryl as a murderer and sending him to death row. The sisters call a council of Demons and Elders who oversee all magic to convince them that Darryl should be set free. Instead, the prosecutor, Barbas, turns the proceedings around and puts the sisters on trial for recklessly abusing their powers. Meanwhile, Leo and Chris work together to help free the sisters and Darryl, but the outcome leaves Phoebe stripped of her powers.

She gets stripped of her active powers in Crimes and Witch Demeanors mainly because she has been relying too much on them and pretty much forcing premonitions, when not they are not really needed....basically for personal gain........and Barbas is the prosecuting attorney that helps to point this out in a trial with the tribunal made up of demons and elders.

I believe it's in season 6, Crimes & Witchdemenors. She lost them because Barbus pointed out to the council how she was trying to force preminitions to get pregnant, plus how she was using her empathy for her column. However they still let her cast spells, she just didn't have an "active power".

It was Season 5 I believe and the Episode was something about Eyes...cant remember the name of the episode or why her powers were taken away but I remember she ended up with a pendant or jewel from a gypsy and she got her power of premonition back.
