External Hard desk on windows ME?

Plz sbdy help me

I want to connect ma External -mini- hard desk to ma cOmputer with windows ME Operation system It appears to me in Device manager that the device ( the HD) is working properly but I cant see the HD on My Computer screen Itself
Please help me my whole stuff Is on that HD

GET RID OF ME!!!!! It is the worst of all operating systems. You will be much much better off with XP. It will solve your problem too.
