Basically it boils down to ....the Dems corruption vs the Reps. corruption!!!!

THEY ARE BOTH WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO BRING THE US TO GLOBALIZATION ....

AT ANY COST!!

Even at the expense of the constitution!!

How much lower can our government go?
Isn't anyone else embarrassed and becoming disheartened?
I thought we were better than this?

All this bickering is not fixing what obviously is broken!

Wrong is wrong and we have so much to FIX!!!

How do you propose to fix it without discussing it to find out what the truth is about what's wrong?

It really has nothing to do with globalization. There is a two party system and each party puts forward its hacks, those who will toe the party ideological line whether it is what is good for the country or not.

Consider the last few elections. Do you really believe that the candidates were the best possible ones out of a population of 300 million? If they are, the country is in much more trouble than Dems and Reps arguing.

Fixing it is probably beyond human effort. The two party system is so entrenched and to get a president who is not supported by those parties is not possible because of the cash required. As an aside, when I was a little girl in England, I heard a lot of 'The US system is better because anyone can become president'. Oh yes! That is not true.

And, I don't believe that there will be anymore independently minded presidents as the party machinery will make sure they do not win the primaries.

"keep fighting for freedom and justice, beloveds, but don't you forget to have fun doin' it. . . .Be outrageous, ridicule the fraidy-cats, rejoice in al the oddities that freedom can produce. and when you get through kickin' a*s and celebratin' the sheer joy of a good fight, be sure to tell those who come after how much fun it was."
