Don't throw your clothes in the dryer. Put damp shirts on plastic hangers and stretch them by hand. Hang damp jeans on a clothes line with clothes pins. You can try stretching out your jeans by hand too, but it doesn't really work. The heat from the dryer always shrinks clothes a little.

umm i dont think so really,if they are tight on you then i suggest doing some exercises lol that always seems to work for me,it loosens then up because when they have been dried in the dryer they tend to get tight

shirts you can put your arms in the bottom and continue to stretch outward.
