What are some examples of barriers to rural women accessing education and training?

I think having access to the internet removes all barriers to education. My daughter, a young mother of 2, is breastfeeding so can't get far from her baby so she is taking online courses, 12 units, to advance toward her degree. Of course she ends up writing essays at 2 a.m. but she can do it in her pajamas.

This may actually apply to everyone in general, but I have noticed that -- the more education a woman has the less of a difference it makes. They still make the same money, because businesses are too chickenshit to give out money for an education nowadays.
