Are you refering to Chandini Bar? But thats not the latest movie in which she acted, the latest is "The Namesake" co-starring Irfan Khan.
The CD/DVD for Chandini Bar is in the market for many days now, simply rent it and watch it at home.

Tabu's latest film is the namesake, but she's a mother, not a prostitute. I think you might be thinking of chandni bar, but that's an older film.

The reason there aren't many black people in Bollywood films is because there aren't many blacks people living in India. Plus, most of the Bollywood films are in Hindi or other Indian languages which most black foreigners wouldn't be able to speak. It isn't a matter of Indian's being prejudice. There just aren't many black available actors/actresses. The reason there are more whites in the indsutry is because there are a lot of British people working in the industry due to the ties of both countries and most British people are white. Also, there are still some ethnic British/white people or multiracial people living in India. They tend to live in cities where it is wealthier and it is more likely that actors will have more wealthier and educated backgrounds. Still though, most actors/actresses in Bollywood are Indian. By the way, I actually saw a couple of black people in that video you posted. You have to also consider that a lot of Bollywood films are either in English or dubbed and people from the Anglosphere are going to be interested in watching the movies. Most of the Anglosphere is white. Bollywood is all about money and image works into it. Maybe they think white people would be more comfortable and interested if they saw people who looked like them. We have a bit of the same paradox in our country. Why don't you google how many movies were made in Detroit. The city is 82% black. Yet it seems like when ever they are making movies about people in Detroit it is like 60-70% white. Let's look at New York City as another example. You ever see those 9/11 documentaries they put together? Why is it that they are always disproportionately showing three things? People who sound American and English speakers. White people. 1) The documentary is meant to relate to the populace of America which happens to be mostly white and not in major cities. New York City is 41% foreign born. Almost 20% of the city is native Spanish speaking alone. Do you honestly think they were going to conveniently speak English during a hectic crisis? Especially to other people who speak their language? How many times can you remember an interview in Spanish or another language dubbed in English? Or even another language being spoken in the background? The Twin towers were located in lower Manhattan which has a very large Chinese and homosexual population. Although it may sound politically incorrect, many of those people are openly gay and stereotypically sound it. Can you recall any interviews with homosexuals? I can't. You know why? Because that's not what middle America wants to see. They are homophobic, pro-American and don't want to see foreigners representing their country in one of our worse crisis's. Hollywood and those who made the documentaries want to make it relate to their viewers so it keeps them happy. Entertainment is pure consumerism. Don't expect ethics to be practiced. Expect them to do what ever it takes to make money. Sometimes what they are doing can certainly work against their integrity though. By the way, while there is discrimination in India, it is nothing like it was generations ago. There really isn't a ''caste system'' in the context we know it. Even most young people in India today seem to marry whom they prefer rather than what their family's would prefer. The ''caste system'' today is more like a class system of economics.
