Strong story dialog, Great acting, Good perspective on "Death row" for those times in the early 20th century, Depicts racism for those times, Creates the concept of a non bias, gregarious higher power. Illustrates forgiveness and the capability to bond even in the most dismal of times and places. The movie title grabbed you attention right? It is the best damn good movie too! Hope I've assisted you in your question? Good luck!

Well I saw it a while back, but it is just one of those movies that I could not get over. I think that it is touchy and will leavae you with that warm fuzzy feeling inside.

well, it makes reference to the historically systemic instances of racial discrimination in the criminal justice system, which has been denied by politicians and regular people alike. In addition, the movie suggests that believing in the greater good will conquer even the most unlawful injustices. that's about it, in my opinion.

I liked the idea of what an absolute evil horror it is to use one's love for someone else as a weapon against them.
