What are the minimum requirements to take the FPGEE? Can a 4-year baccalaureate pharmacy degree be qualified?

If a 4-year baccalaureate pharmacy degree is not qualified for the FPGEE, what could be the possible requirements (for a 4-year pharmacy degree) to be qualified?

A 4 year bachelors if it was received after January 2003, is not an acceptable degree.
The minimum requirements is a 5 year degree to take the FPGEE.
