because they think their kids are better than anyone elses so they get spoilt

Spoiling for some people is a form of control.
The reward and punish way of bringing children up is used by many in order to control them.
They spoil, then they punish.
The child bought up this way will usually end up working in a large corporation or the army.

i sometimes spoil my kids a little....but never dominate them...what the heck are you going on about? a few details would not go a miss?
