Jessica Simpson Dress?

Does anyone know where Jessica Simpson wore this dress? It was hard trying to find this picture I believe it was sometime last year.

I have a dress that is scary similar to the one she is wearing and plan to wear it for a wedding in May.

What do you think? I was afraid that it may be too heavy looking for a spring wedding? Although, I've been to a few sites for dresses and seen quite a few that are just like this...

For a spring wedding, I would reccomnd a lighter, pastel, more fresh-looking color rather than black. But it IS a cute dress.
