soo why does Rachel say "salmon skin roll" after her and phoebe scare ross?? (TOW with the unagi)

because unagi is really a sushi but Ross keeps on insisting that its a technique of some sort... they are just mocking Ross...

In that episode, Ross tries to convince Rachel and Phoebe that he learned a self-awareness technique in karate called "unagi". He claimed that he was constantly aware of his surroundings at all times and that he didn't need a self-defense to protect. The girls knew that "unagi" is a fresh water eel sushi and that Ross was lying. Hence, Rachel would mock him with saying she knew "salmon skin roll". So, in the end, after Rachel and Phoebe scare Ross in his apartment, Rachel says "salmon skin roll" to say that they outwitted him
