Stingray gives his bone marrow to baby Kerry who has leukemia the operation is a success but after the op he's in the hospital room and very unexpectedly, he quietly passes away. Stingray died because he had an adverse reaction to the general anaesthetic during his bone marrow procedure.

He didnt die in the hospital room for good, i mean he did but on the 22nd he was at his mums 39th birthdya pay and they are all dancing and stuff, and he sits down and just passes away, i dont get how tho, i spose we will learn that tonight, if the hospital room he did die but they brought him back.

He died at his Mums bday party. He sat down & his sisters thought he was asleep and realised he had died. His heart did stop when he was in hospital but they revived him. It hasnt said exactly how he died but it was a complication from the surgery he had a few days earlier.
