Because Toronto is a division leader and Miami and Chicago aren't. The divisional winners are guarenteed at least a 4 seed. Cleveland isn't a divisional leader, but they are the second seed because they have the second best record in the east. If Chicago was a division leader they would be at least a 4 seed, but because they aren't they are a 5 seed.

Toronto is leading its division and neither Miami or the Bulls are leadin theirs but if it makes you feel better Toronto is in arguably the worst division in the NBA

Even though i hate toronto for stealing 1st place from th N.J. Nets, toronto's Chis Bosh is a beast. he is deadly in the paint. his height and speed and his quickness plus his scoring ability. 'nuff said
