Refill the fuel tank. The fuel system is self priming. No injector bleeding is required.
It would also be a good time to replace the fuel filter(s)

If it is out of gas there is no special trick to get it started. Just put gas in the tank and the fuel pump should pick it up and pump it to the engine.

An easy thing to do to help diagnose the problem is to check for ignition spark. You simply attach the alligator clip on the spark tester (link below) to any metal ground point on the top of your engine. Then disconnect any spark plug wire from its spark plug and reconnect it to the spark tester. A bright blue spark means you have good ignition spark. If not, troubleshoot your ignition system.
