I have been off the pill for 3 weeks,t we are trying to start our family, and yes we are married and have our own home and are 24 and 26, so we know what we are doing, (just making people aware so I don't get ridiculous answers). Any way I have been having butterfly feelings (this is the only way I can describe it) in my stomach, I wanted to know what these are, I had my last period (if you can call it that it only lasted a couple of days) over a week ago. I maybe jumping the gun abit but my sister and mum fell within 2 weeks of coming off the pill. I don't want to buy a hpt yet as I don't want to get our hopes up and then be dissapointed, was just wondering if the butterfly feeling has anything to do with pregnancy, also feel like I could sleep for England.
Thank you in advance and sorry for the waffling

I had this exact same feeling two weeks after stopping the pill, i also had sore boobs and felt really tired.I was convinced i had concieved straight away but apparently its quite normal to have pregnancy type symptoms after stopping the pill as your hormones are adjusting.I wasnt pregnant but i did ovulate bang on time so that was good enough for me.Doesnt mean your not though, give it a bit longer then do a test.

I think the butterfly feeling is probably you looking for symptoms. You don't feel foetal movements - or "quickening" - until you're about 18 weeks pregnant - if you are pregnant now, and I hope you are, your baby is just a bunch of cells. I understand what you're going through as I was so desperate to feel something I was always imagining I could feel the baby, but when a REAL feeling came, I realised it had just been wishful thinking! Now, the TIREDNESS is more of a real symptom as it's quite possible to feel knackered straight away - I know I did! Good luck with it, it sounds like you're in an ideal situation to start a family.

Take a pregnancy test, if it comes up negative wait a little bit to take another one or go into your doctor and get a blood test. If you are really early along in your pregnancy the chances of you feeling movement are really slim. I am 11 weeks pregnant and yesterday I thought I felt movement but I haven't felt anything since, usually you don't feel movement until around 4 or 5 months but everyone is different, some feel it sooner and I have heard you can feel it sooner if you have had previous pregnancies.
Good Luck!

it sounds like you could be pregnant but if you have been on the pill then you may have forgotton whats its like to have a period without them as the pill does change periods.
When it coems to my monthly, i get that feeling anf its when the eg gis being released - some women can actually feel it happening - seeing as your just off th epill you could jus bbe having a irregualr period as it is tryin to settle down into its new pattern! I also get extremely tired when its my time - its the hormone imbalance etc
I hope it all works out for you!

the butterfly circulate is probable gasoline, digestion, or merely you being nervous. fetal circulate isn't felt until around 14 weeks on the very earliest, a good form of the time not until around 18 weeks. additionally, your uterus does not attain naval top until 20 weeks, it does not even get above your pubic bone until around 12 weeks. so which you sense it bigger than the place your uterus could be. a number of your different symptoms must be early being pregnant symptoms although, so your ideal guess is to objective while your era is due. ideal of success besides the fact which you're hoping for!

when I was pregnant with my son I didnt feel him till around 16 wks.
I would take a Pregnancy test. When I was trying for a baby I had all the symptoms so I would do a test and it would be negative. sometimes you get that feeling when you really want something, but it would just be a phantom pregnancy.

I hope you conceive soon.
