Interestingly enough, in the US, there is no minimum required - so if you can stand or answer a phone, that is all the space you need (ha!ha!). However, if you are in Europe and the Netherlands specifically, I recall that each cube or workspace was supposed to be 9 square metres. This project I was on was not in compliance and people had to be shuffled around to comply before an audit.

I don't think there is one. But if the space is enough for a chair and table, I think that's fair enough.
