eye puffiness is fluid retention, which makes a lot of sense if you're a student - you must spend a lot of time sitting and studying.
you can give yourself some TLC by rubbing Vitamin E oil sparingly over the puffy area, and then get up and go for a walk, bike ride, just move and nature will take its course.

Get a eye serum..this will help reduce puffiness and moisturises the eye area. Skin wisdom from Tesco is a good one.
Make sure you get enough sleep and fresh air.

try to soak two slices of cucumber into a glass of water with some ice on it for about 5 minutes. then, you place the cucumber over your eyes for about 2 minutes. the cool, soothing feel will make you more relaxed.

Get more sleep, drink lots of water. Try not to rub the eye area. Use haemorroid cream. It works.

Preparation H. It shrinks the swelling. Just be careful not to get it in your eyes.
