Hi, I'm wondering. How do you deliver that Goron the hot spring water? I tried racing to him with the horse, I've tried warping there. I'm so confused what do I do??? I have gamecube version but the guides I look at say everything is the same except east is west, (it's mirrored)

I have beaten the gc version. You have to go talk to an elder goron in front of the malo mart shop in kakariko village. He will ask you to go talk to his son or something like that. Accept the quest and go to hyrule town. Go to the opposite side of the warp point. You should see a goron sitting on a bridge in hyrule field. Talk to him and go back to the elder in kakariko. He will give you a barrel of hot spring water and you have to run across hyrule field to the goron.Don't lose the barrel and ignore the enemies.Throw the barrel on the goron and he will go get spring water and you will get a heart piece. He will start selling spring water in the market again. Also, this sidequest reduces the donation funds at malo mart in kakariko. If you are at the part where you have to donate 2,000 rupees, it will now be reduced to 200 rupees. Anyway, buy spring water from the goron in the hyrule market and go to the goron stuck behind the landslide. Give him the spring water and he will eventually break the barricade.(the goron sells the spring water near the exit to the barricade)

If you have completed all required tasks, then what should happen is at night, you go to the village (where you met the Shaman, it starts with a K, but I can't remember the name) and talk to the dude thats been asking for money to repair the bridge. He asks you if you you could take the Hot Spring Water to the Goron at the bridge. When you agree, the following will happen.
You magically appear at the edge of the clearing opposite the Goron and must carry a barrel of water to him on foot. You will be attacked by numerous dragon birds and ground critters, try dodging them as best you can. Its tough but can be done.
If you fail to reach him, go back to the goron for more water.
P.S.: You must throw the barrel of water on the Goron. just make sure that when you've passed all the obsticales, that your close enough to him to hit him with the barrel. Otherwise, you gotta do it all over again.

What you have to do is be careful about the enemies in the field. I have the Gamecube and the Wii, and its really simple. When the swirly enemies come to hurt you, spin in a circle and they will basically go away. And, make sure to stay as far away from the birds as possible. You can't warp for this mission, but the prize you get for this is worth the time and the effort put into this. Happy playing!

which one? the one outside south castle town, or the one by the broken bridge?
for the one outside castle town talk to him when you have a bottle of hot spring water. for the other one, you need to give money to the old goron inside Malo Mart to fix the bridge, then talk to the goron elder outside, (once you've given enough money) and he'll ask you to ruch the hot springs water to the goron.

You got stuck there too, eh? lol My hubby had the hardest time trying to figure that one out too. That was the one and only part that erked him the most. He finally gave up trying, did a bunch of other things, and finally he had it! lol
