I've been told by my doctor to do 2mins of exercise a day and slowly build it up, as a means of battling chronic fatiuge syndrome.

So would having 3 or more orgasms in a row (either self ministered or from my bf) count? Surely it uses muscles, raises heart beat and gets me outta breath?!

What says all you lot out there?

:oP

I think it's weird that your doc said only TWO minutes of exercise a day.

I also think it's weird that if you have a BF and have the energy to do yourself or have him do you, that you can ONLY do two minutes a day of exercise.

But then I don't have chronic fatigue syndrome, I'm just an over tired divorced mom who HAS to keep going whether or not I feel like it or have the energy to do so.

Back to your question, I don't think that counts no. Your heart races and you get puffy because you've been aroused, not because you're actually doing anything. It's an adrenaline rush.

Kind of like when you have a car accident and nothing hurts til the next day. Only this is a better way to get that rush.

Instead of using your energy for this kind of stuff, go walking, that IS exercise. IF your doctor really said two minutes (which I severely still doubt) walking from one side of the house to the other and back is about two minutes, unless you have a tiny house in which case, you may have to do it more. Or better yet, walk down your street for one minute and then walk back home.

If you eat right and have sex for 15 min a day for a week you will see a big change in your body. Just remember to change up positions. Different positions work out different parts of your body. Just think about if when your having sex you are working muscles and burning fat all at the same time not necessariy the orgasms.I have sex once a day I ride and do many positions that burn me out, when you ride someone it's similar to squats your legs start to burn after a awhile but your going after a orgasm so ignore the burn.

wow, that's a question for sure....
so your doc probably wants for you to increase your cardiovascular health and get your heart rate up. the best way to do that is to do exercise that gets blood flowing to all of your extremeties. so some good stretches with some activity that uses all of your body is key.

now to get to your question....i guess it depends on how you do it. maybe you can get your bf to chase you around the house for a little while before he gets into it. Self-administered orgasms will definitely get blood flowing to one area, but probably not so much to the rest of your body. but who knows...i think a varied technique could be exercise.

good luck!

yeah sex is definitely a great and enjoyable exercise and different positions will most certainly tone your muscles...just be careful not to overstrain anything! orgasms probably aren't necessary, they're just an added perk, like a reward thing for the exercise you've just done, lol.

yes it is however its not politically correct but I've seen a lady on Oprah who was a devout advocate of sex as exercise it is proven however it might not be best for beating chronic fatigue syndrome. I'd for that try regular exercise

Sounds like a good exercise to me and you probably wouldn't have any problem finding someone who was willing to work out with you.

I just read a crazy fact in a magazine yesterday - it said the average person looses 200 calories while having sex.

Yes, I think it can be count as exercise. In fact, it spent much energy as we do some sports.
