Well I asked a question yesterday about pain during intercourse. I saw my doctor and she said my baby is VERY low and no more sex. Well even though I had NO sex drive this pregnancy being told none has proven to make me want some. lol So.. my question is... how do I get over it? I know I wont do ANYTHING to hurt my baby so I will have to get over it but how do I make it something that is not on my mind 24/7 now? Thanks for any help. :D

Unfortunately I can't have an orgasm. I am only 31 weeks and she doesn't want my dilating or effacing yet. So.. I can take care of hubby. I just can't stop thinking of what I KNOW I am missing!!

I wish I could help with this one!! I haven't been able to orgasm or have sex since I was 16 weeks, and I'm now 34 weeks!! I had a haematoma and low lying placenta, and my baby dropped at 28 weeks.
It is hard, especially since the guy can still... erm. .Enjoy himself!
Still, time does pass quickly when you're expecting, and before you know it, you won't be able to have sex coz you'll be to busy waking up to feed baby - lol!
Hope all goes OK.

That's too bad, but think of it this way, it's not forever. You're going to have the baby in about 9 weeks, and then if you're feeling up to it, you can have sex a couple of weeks after. Even if you don't have sex, you can still have an orgasm afterward. Have him give you deep tissue massages. They can be just as intimate. Good luck to both of you!

I do not know how long you have before birth day, but I would just keep your focas on your baby. If you have intercourse you will hurt your baby, or even worse. If something happens to your baby, that could also risk your health. If that wasn't a damper on the drive, I don't know what else would be!

That's kinda odd for a doc to say that becasue most i will say that you can have sex up until you give birth unless you're at high risk. are you at risk for delivering early because i'm further along than you and my doc says to keep going and i'm already 2cm dialated adn 50 % effaced 34 weeks

Try having your partner masturbate you to orgasm. Should not harm baby.

there are ways to have sex without actual insertion. Pleasure your partner and have them pleasure you in return with no insertion.. there are plenty of ways.
