No I dont think so- they look like old ladies playing golf. Don't do it.

Yeah I think they are. I have plaid shorts and a plaid skirt. Just make sure that you get the right ones. Try American Eagle they have some really cute ones!!

no i hate plaid short ..... all u need is the basic jeans and t's and a pair of flat ballet shoes for school

Not really, but some people can pull it off without looking frumpy and old lady like. Do what you feel is comfortable.
