I'm a very happy person, sadness just does you down.

Happy. I think negativity only holds you down. I'm the kind of person who takes pride in being a little distant so as not to be attached too much to anything.
I've been stung before when someone whose company I found joy in turned foul, and I didn't have the strength to step away so it turned into a long episode of bitter arguments and pain. Now, I just keep myself detached in order to accept changes better, and that has made me happy. I experience joy, and remain distant from unwanted pains.

Mixed. I depends which things I think about.
If I dwell on the negatives, I'm sad. If I focus on the good things I'm happy. For example; "Yay it's pay day!" and "Oh dear and pooey farts! After I've paid the bills and done a monthly food shop, there's nothing left.".

Very happy and looking forward to reach home as I'm feeling sleepy. My mood was great this week, with no specific reason. Hope you're also very happy.
