alright i went for a urine test to see if something was wrong with me also blood test and i told em i feel like i hae all the symptoms for pregnant because my period has comed i been sick for the last couple of mornings, and so on, and once i didnt they didnt seem to find anything yet, and they said that they would cal me , they if they see anything, what do they mean if they see anything!!! i thought it only takes five minutes at the most to see if im pregnant???

Yes, the test itself is fairly quick. However, remember that you are not their only patient. The best you can do is call and check to see if the test results come in...next time tell them you are going to wait for the results, that will make them work faster. Did you have any other symptoms? They may have also run a full panel for STD's, which takes a little longer.

The symptoms you have could be related to a number of different thing. The only clear sign for pregnancy is an internal examination. You could take a home test.
