Most likely only with your eyes. I had a few teachers like that myself. Most likely you haven't got a chance legally or otherwise. If anything did happen she is the one who would be in trouble not you....don't think of what you would like think of her and her career.
With the shoe on the other foot, many teachers see students they would like to seduce daily. How do you think they feel knowing that if they try anything they would be in trouble and put their career on the line.
Either way the law will win in every case even if it is consensual on both sides or the spectrum. Is the law right? This could be argued from many sides as well.
Your best bet is my opening statement, "Only with your eyes."

That is an awful question. Nothing good can ever come out of such a situation. If you must wait until you graduate and let her know your feelings. Even you coming on to her could cause chatter and get her in to a world of trouble or ruin her reputation. Think about the repercussions and how much damage you can cause to a woman who chose to dedicate her life to educating young minds. 99% of teachers love what they do because of the difference they can make. It is not as if they make 6 figures.

Well, first of all, is it a he or a she? If its a she, you probably won't be able to seduce her. If it's a man, he would obviously have to be gay for you to seduce him. I suggest going to visit them during your breaks or after school. Flirt with them, but don't make it too obvious. After a while, suggest hanging out after school or going out to dinner.

What seems to you a temporary conquest is a life damaging to her. Keep what you have in your pants until you finish high school. Once your an adult with a job do as you please, but be prepared to accept the consequences, and responsibilities.
