As a matter of fact, most support the terrorist groups and do not support Israel. Anybody who has ever watched Democracy Now or any of the so-called "news" programs on the free speech channel knows this, they don't try to hide it. These leftist propaganda shows go to great lengths to show the terrible acts of the Israelies but never show anything from the brutality of hamas or any other faction who is bent on destroying Israel. I'm going to clear it up for you guys once and for all.
The Israelies target terrorists and only terrorist. Of course civilians are often caught up in this due to the fact that Hamas and other factions often lauch their portable missle attacks from highly populated areas, insuring that they will be able to use the death of civilians to recrute more members and win the war of public opinion.
Hamas, as well as other terrorists groups, target civilians. Men, women, children, soldiers, they don't care, as long as they kill Israel's people.

To dances-with-BS, dont talk down to me, it's liberals who say these things. Have you ever seen any of the leftist propaganda, I mean "news" shows on Free Speech. They shamelessly put forth this idea. I glad that some liberals, such as yourself see through this crap, but most don't. I mean it's the left's programs, if they don't really feel that way they shouldn't be shouting it fron the rooftops.

I think it's wrong to group Hamas and Israel together under the same unbrella, they are not the same and the Liberals are wrong to do it.
Israel is a country, protecting it's borders by fighting terrorism with an organised army, trying to target the perpetrators but frequently hitting innocent civilians. To make the claim that Israel's actions are impeccably honourable are laughable. Only last week the BBC showed footage of Israeli soldiers using children as human shields when entering buildings believed to contain terrorists. It's against every code of conduct ever formed for warfare dating back thousands of years before even the birth of Jerusalem.
Hamas is an admitted terrorist organisation committed to the destruction of Israel at whatever cost. Most of their conscripts are relatives of innocent civilians caught up in the crossfire of clumsy Israeli military action. They lack military discipline and resources hence resort to geurilla tactics because it's all they can afford. Yes, they do frequently kill innocent people and I would never support the death of innocent civilians.
I'm not supporting either side in the disputes, however it does annoy me that Israel tries to claim the moral high ground. Both sides kill innocents. Neither side has been capable of sitting down and sorting it out intelligently.

Be to a liberal in today's world, you need to dull your senses, and view all people all cultures as morally equal.
Hence the equivalence the left portrays between Israel (a tiny country fighting its very survival) with Islamic street gangs (the Hamas, Hezbollah, etc.)
And it's not only self-proclaimed liberals who fall into this camp of blockheads.

There is a HUGE difference between Hamas and Isreal.....most liberals know that.
Hamas is terrible, and at times Isreal acts little differently when they target homes in Gaza.
