You will probably get big fast. That's what happened to me. I didn't show much at all until I was about 7 - 7 1/2 months pregnant and then I just blew up. My sister-in-law, on the other hand, was huge at only 3 months. Everybody is different and every baby is different.
Take lots of pictures and enjoy!

I'm 30 weeks and have put on less than 20 pounds, so don't you worry. If your doctor thinks everything, is fine, then you shouldn't upset yourself because your baby is healthy. I dont' think anyone has the "perfect pregnancy belly" like those models we see on our maternity clothes websites or those movie stars we see on TV. I was upset with mine as well because the lower half of my linea negra (the dark vertical line) is crooked, making my belly button look off center. Your baby might be snuggled against your back, resulting in a small bump. I've had friends who were 9 months and looked like they were only 5, yet went on to have babies weighing 7 pounds. You don't want to over eat in an attempt to get a bigger bump, because the extra calories might go ALL OVER instead of to your abdomen. You still have a few weeks left, and your body is always changing, so don't worry and enjoy your baby because he/she will be outta there soon! Congrats and good luck!

You realy don't need to worry about you r size if the doctor confirmed that you are doing great. I have only gained 24lbs so far and i am also 33weeks. I was really small before my pregnancy so you can just imagine how small I am right now for 33weeks. Everyone thinks I am 5/6months along, but I was told that everything thing is great with the baby and I am gaining weight so i am no longer worried about the size. good things come in small packages so just continue to eat right and give the baby the nutition him/her needs and you'll do fine. Good luck!

I was the same hun. I only started to show at about 32 weeks, bought one pair of maternity pants but didn't need them as I could still wear my regular jeans and I carried to 41 weeks!
The week before my daughter was born I met another pregnant woman on the street, I told her I was pregnant too, she looked at me and said 'I'll be further on than you, when is yours due?' I told her in two days! She didn't believe me...she was only 19 weeks along and had a big baby bump!
I keep on bumping into people with my baby and they don't believe she's mine, and they'd seen me two weeks before her birth and didn't know I was expecting!
I know what you mean about feeling disappointed, you could only tell I had the bump when I laid down and then it protruded. It was disappointing.... I hardly felt pregnant then when my daughter was born it was hard to connect her with being inside me if you know what I mean!
Plus when she was being born I had no bump to mar my view, I was on the bedroom floor at home when I had her and I could see everything....! I thought my bits were going to explode!
I remember the midwife once checked if my ankles were swollen... and complimented me on being able shave my legs LOL! I took my sock off and showed her where I'd painted my toenails....I was 40 weeks pregnant! I could still touch my toe to my nose!!
It's a strange thing to be so pregnant and for people not to be able to tell - it's also very uncomfortable! All along I was told to expect a small baby but I knew she wasn't small - I could feel her in there! Like I said to everyone - she's still in there taking up space whether she sticks out or not! In fact she takes up MORE space that should be mine!!
I'm not a big person either - size 8-10 and 5'7. My daughter weighed 7lb 4.5oz and was perfectly healthy!
People talk about getting back in their pre-pregnancy jeans. I say I don't need to get back in them, I was never out of them!!!!
Try not to worry..... I mean as long as your baby is fine it doesn't matter where you're carrying! I only put on 13lbs throughout my pregnancy and lost over stone by the day after she was born! Look on the bright side! Although you should have a far more impressive bump by 40 weeks!!
Congratulations on your pregnancy and good luck!!

All pregnancies are different. It might just be that you carry you children a little different than most women. 3 years ago I took a childbirthing class and there was a lady that was close to the same gestation as you, and I only thought she was about 5 or 6 months, everybody's body is different.

It all depends on how you carry your baby..Some women carry more towards there back, therefore they do not show as soon. I`m 21 weeks and just starting to get a little bitty bump!! I`m sure in the next couple of weeks you`ll get bigger!! Good Luck and Congrats to you!!
