Join the club!! I get them EVERY month!!
Try strong coffee, and dark chocolate - the higher the cocoa percentage, the better.
And a hotwaterbottle - works like magic. (A glass of red wine also doesn't hurt!!)

I can SO sympathize. I don't know how old you are or if you are done having children, but I had the Novasure procedure done last May and I haven't had a cramp or a period since! It's only an option if you're done having children, but it's fairly noninvasive and the next day I felt fine.
It's just AWFUL feeling like you're in the early stages of labor once a month. Take lots of ibuprofen and I hope you feel better.

OMG! i know exactly how you feel! Get your tubes tied and it is 50 times worse than normal! **i think i just made all the men shiver....**
