I had a dream that my husband gave one of our retirement accounts to his sister for her birthday and I'm still mad at him this morning.

When I have nightmares, I wake up completely frozen, especially my feet are cold as ice and it takes time to come out of that scaring mood. There were times when I woke up sad, and also times when I was laughing in my sleep. I think it happens to everyone.

Dreams take to you more than you know... a pleasant dream can put you in good spirits all day, where as a nightmare can linger with you haunting you for days.....
