You need to apply to your nearest Further Education college - your local council will have details. You should be able to attend part time so you can look after your child and you might be able to get financial help as well.

Go to college, pick a course you want to do and you can do Maths and English Key skills which is the college equivelent to GCSE's as part of your course, plus most colleges have a nursery attached which you will most probably get funding for, and if not its very cheap anyways. I did exactly the same after having my daughter at 15 and now I have a degree in IT. Good luck. xx

Try getting in touch with your local college or learn direct. If you need a creche for your child then some colleges do have them. Another way is to ask your local job centre. They may be able to point you in the right direction.

You don't say how old you are now but college, night school or home education can sort your problems out. My daughter left with no qualifications and is now a senior SATS operator. She went to college and did home courses that fitted in with her work and child. It is not easy but if you are determined to do it you can. She did.

Contact your local college and apply. You could also go and speak to your local careers adviser who might be able to help you decide what subject to take depending on what career choices you would like to make.Check out your local authority web site for details of both.

Get in touch with your nearest college and explain your circumstances to them.
A friend of mine went back to college at age 31 ish after her kids were in full time school and she is now at university.
It is hard work but it can be done.
Well done you, Good Luck!
