whats is the mixture for injecting fish to strip or get their eggs for the purpose of fertelizing?

apart from using this expensive overprime to inject a female fish to get the eggs what other mixture or thing one can use. maybe locally made?

There are a few compounds that are commonly used for harvesting eggs, including a substance from pituitary glands of carp, synthetic hormomes, and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). I'm not aware of anything that you can make yourself.
