How about 'respect'..it's origin, and it's slow decline in the world, and what, if anything, would it mean to society to bring it back to where it should/might be..

I would choose travel. I'd speak about the cultural differences, history, monuments, focus on the contributions certain people in various lands have made to the world, and then close with our similarities. That would be an interesting topic to research and discuss. Hope this helps! :)
