I actually went through something like this- When I left my Ex., He would call cps & cop's(saying my girl was neglected, abused-even called as anonymous people, faked voice, etc,) He also stalked me & stuff! The cop's(I could'nt believe it!!-I was in calif. at time) did say to me, even w/ NO evidense, the next time they got a call they were going to take her, & investigate!!!! Could'nt believe it! HE was actually hurting my girl,I took her TO cps. w/ burn's on her leg after a visit HE had, & all they wondered was WHY he did'nt take her to a DR.!!!! They did NOT HING to protect her! He still got visit's!! You REALLY need to call an attorney, get the advise you need, & if you can- leave now w/ your kid's because, posstion is 9/10ths. of the law, Even w/ children!-if you don't go w/ them, you'll have to wait 'till court process to see them, call NOW! Don't wait for them to KICK you out-go to family, if you can.w/ kid's.& file paper's for divorce, so your protected from HIM getting them back. But,like I said CALL an attorney, NOW!!

You must be doing something that is not in the best interest of your children, or CPS would not push the issue to such extremes, and would not continue to make repetitive visits to your home. I suggest you take some parenting classes and put further effort into whatever the issues are at hand. There is a big difference between doing what they ask and making actual changes in yourself for the benefit of your children.
You may also want to further your education, your spelling and punctuation is horrible. How are you going to teach your children or help them with homework when you cannot even write?(nice-niece/cam-came/eater-either/talk-take/kicke-kick)

No one can answer your question accurately without knowing the details. What are you doing or leaving undone that provokes your husband to call for child protection? If you are a sincere, I would ask the case worker for counseling and any other advice that would make it clear you are willing to comply. Get your act together if it is in question. You could end up an old, lonely woman with children who remember a sordid past. Not a pretty picture.

you better take this stuff seriously. Already your case is being documented and if you find yourself in court for custody you will need to overcome this. Possibly the other parent would be best to gain custody for the child's best interest. I had trouble when I was married and I talked to my mother. She was very serious and told me to be careful because if you call CPS on the other parent one possible outcome is they will take custody of your children. It can and does happen. I hope you will be able to work out your relationship and if not I hope visitation will be good. This is serious stuff you are in the middle of.

IF you are abusing him or the children or breaking the law you can get asked to leave BUT if your name is on the house deed or lease they can't if you are doing nothing wrong......IF he is being a jerk why stay?
