I'm going to graduate with masters degree in a few months. Recently, I got a job offer. The problem is they offer me salary which is the same like my last drawn salary.

I've stated more in my resume, and the company did informed me tht they cannot pay me the amount I want in the resume. Then, they asked me abt my last drawn salary. A few days later, they called me and will pay the same amount as my last drawn salary. I have 2 years of working experience (but not the same line with this new job).

What do u think. Should I negotiate for more? If yes, how?

first of all... unless u have experience in the industry that they are in, they might consider offering you a higher pay than u asked for. But in this case coz its a change in industry, they will not know how confident and capable you are in handling your role in an industry that is new to you. However if you are willing to take wat they have offered, there is a chance that given time, if you are able to prove your worth, they might consider a pay increase or even you might be able to request for a pay increment.

You can negotiate for other things like 3 weeks of vacation, a review after six months and if your performance is at what they expect a raise at that time. You are switching fields and should consider yourself lucky to get a beginning pay at a decent rate.
Think of other things you want from your career other than the pay - vacation, benefits, title etc...

Yes negotiate for more...maybe after a couple months they can raise your salary...but what ever you happen to negotiate....get it in writing.
You could possibly request an extra week vacation time in lue of an immidiate pay increase and ask that your wages increase in 6 months after you're hired..
