It depends what the laws are in affect for getting a divorce. In my state you cae seperate for a year and get a divorce. I just went to a lawyer a month after I left and stated that I have a witness that can vouch for me that I have been seperated for a year and I got my divorce a month later. i made sure we agreed that it would be no argument about anything. And that all materialistic stuff was settled and divided already.

No, go to your county court house. Ask a clerk for the court that handles divorces. See an employee in that court and ask for the forms and how much the fee is. In my county the fee was $144.50. If it's uncontested, divorce doesn't have to be expensive.

If you are in the U.S., call a lawyer in your city, because each state has very different laws and court procedures concerning divorce.

You can do it yourself. I did. Go online and find out the information you need and do the paperwork. Even if he has an attorney. He should not need one at all if you both agree. BUT try therapy..both of you before you quit..you did love him enough to marry him and you should give it your all before quitting so you can move on .....also if you doupt something it is GOD telling you no so.....

Do anything but don't come to Malta ;) In Malta there is no divorce law, because we have puppet politicians led by strings from the Catholic church.
