There isn't much you can do without becoming a distraction. You can, however, do some calf work. Especially if the desk in front of you is heavy enough for you to press your toes against.
Are you obsessed with constantly exercising or do you not have time outside class?
If you do have time outside class time I'd say you need to give it a rest. Remember, resting time is when the body heals and muscles grow. If you want to be more fit you don;t need to exercise constantly. 3-4 days a week, 1-2 hours on each of those days is a great routine. Outside that, concentrate on resting and eating right. And pay attention in class. Good luck.

Do anything that does not disturb others, distract you and keeps you awake. Isometrics can help. Doodling between taking notes sometimes helps. Avoid relaxation exercises, you may fall asleep, especially if the teacher is boring. Minor stretching also helps.. It varies with each person so you will have to try different methods to find one that works best for you.

Exercise your brain to the max by paying attention - it will pay off and if you get a little cramp in the feet get your ankles turning but at all times pay attention or detention will follow.
