Go to http://wordpress.com/signup/ and signup for a cool wordpress blog.
Wordpress blogs are cool and easy to use. There are tons of plugins which are available for you to make your blog nice and presentable.
You may also consider getting a domain name and host your blog on your own website.

start a profile on either u2 or my space and type your blogs there it should be free because i heard of plenty of people who have done it al ready
