If you could produce a fashion show...?

what kind of styles would influence you? and where would you want to have the show?

I would pick a wide variety of styles, the all would have to be onese that I personally liked personally in some way. I would visit with the owners of the shops that carry the fashions I wanted to show to see about them loaning out the clothes for the show in exhange for giving their store credit along with just enough cash to throw and "after show party" for the models (I would also see if they would give a discount to the "models" that I would get).

I would get "models" by posting an ad in college newspapers saying that there is no pay, but opportunity for experience and fun. I would make every effort to use every "model" that made a commitment to do the show and show up for a rehearsal and opporutunity to show off at least one outfit...the world is full of people of all sizes and shapes and I would not limit it to size 2-6's.

I would get hair and makeup people by going to a local beauty college as it would be a good promotion for them give their students real-life experience.

I would host it a place where a stage or runway could be rigged, even if it is just will lights on the floor...it would most likely be an establishment that serves food and/or drinks. The benefit to that establishment would be an increase in business due to people coming for the fashion show.

Well I am influenced by my own personal sense of style. I read fashion magazines but don't always agree with what is hot. I think anything that flatters the female form is beautiful. I love flowy skirts, floral colors, bright bold colors, tight pants, extremely high heel shoes. I would want to have the show in Milan- obviously ;-)

I would have allot of different styles. My show would be pulled into a theme by colors and textures not 1 or 2 styles. I would use lots of jewel tones and some light creamy whites and gold. Lots of satin, lace and leather. I love renaissance clothing, bohemian, goth, techno, college kid slacker wear and many others.

I would have the show in New Orleans because the wide range of styles blended together fits in there where different is accepted and embraced.

if i was to produce a fashion show i will have different sizes in it so everyone can she that they look good in the clothes so my style will be casual-sexy for all sizes and i will keep it under the stars on a beautiful night on a beaches or around a pool
